Shipping is FREE within Australia.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase. For some unexpected reason, if your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will process a full refund and notify you via e-mail.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days.
We will replace any of our products that arrive damaged as quickly as possible.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the dispatch of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Change of mind returns requires 35% restocking fee and return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There may be a 25% restocking fee depending on the product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
